MealMates do not require refrigeration or special handling during shipping.

FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fires, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, public health emergencies, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, transportation or carrier delays, governmental actions, power or internet outages, or failures of third-party service providers.
In such events, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event. We will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened food items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
